If you need a pedometer or physical activity log (PAL) sheet for your individual workouts, please contact Erika Peterson.
Don't forget! There'll soon be a poster in the foyer tracking individual progress. Turn in your PAL sheets weekly in the baskets provided so we can be sure to accurately record your progress toward our goal. Don't feel bad if you don't walk as much as some - every bit helps. But if you want to challenge a friend and make it a race, we won't criticize that initiative!
Stay tuned for details regarding the February group activity. If the weather permits, we plan for that one to be on the beach!
